Rohan Urs

Candidate in the 2-year Master of Architecture degree program
Favorite thing about being at Georgia Tech: Georgia Tech is my bouncy castle, filled with an overwhelming array of tools that bring joy to anyone eager to learn anything at all.
Who do you want to design for? I am committed to designing for communities in need of sustainable and affordable housing solutions. I believe architects must have a clear 'why' guiding our design process. This purpose-driven approach enables us to create spaces that not only improve quality of life and promote social interaction but also respect and harmonize with the environment. I strive to design spaces that are not just practical and eco-friendly but also create meaningful architectural experiences.
What do you do for fun? Fun for me is finding ways to make my time artful, whether through painting or playing the bamboo flute
